“STUDIME ALBANOLOGJIKE” është një revistë shkencore e Fakultetit të Historisë dhe të Filologjisë, e themeluar në vitin 1996. Revista “STUDIME GJEOGRAFIKE” është një revistë kombëtare që boton punime kërkimore në fushën e Gjeografisë dhe në disiplina të tjera të përafërta.

The faculty of History and Philology is one of the six faculties of the University of Tirana, albania. Today, it consists of six departments, all of which exert their action research in fields such as History, Geography, language and Linguistics, Literature, Media and Communication, Archaeology, and Cultural Heritage. The faculty offers study programs at all levels.

Integrated into the State University of Tirana since its establishment in 1957, the Faculty of History and Philology, today it offers 6 programs of study, Bachelor's degrees, 13 programs, graduate studies, Master of Science and Master of Professional, as well as studies on the level of doktoral.

The faculty is at the basis of the activities of its SCIENTIFIC sense CRITICAL thinking in support of the formation of the pedagogical and research activities. The activities of the academic promoted out of the department are to provide a significant contribution to the SOCIAL LIFE of the country.

The staff of our Faculty take an active part in RESEARCH PROJECTS, in collaboration and partnership with your colleagues and the INSTITUTIONS OF the FOREIGN FUNCTION.

The faculty of History and Philology, has as primary objective the preparation of teachers, journalists, scholars of the history of archaeology, cultural heritage, language, and literature of geography, media and communication, and through programs and research.
