{"id":583,"date":"2025-01-30T08:36:15","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T08:36:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/fhf\/?p=583"},"modified":"2025-02-25T07:58:50","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T07:58:50","slug":"tesete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fhf.edu.al\/en\/tesete\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cMaster professional\u201d in the \u201cInvestigative Journalism\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Programi \u201cMaster profesional\u201d n\u00eb \u201cGazetari Investigative\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb projektuar t\u2019u ofroj\u00eb student\u00ebve nj\u00eb formim intelektual dhe profesional, duke parashtruar nj\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebri konceptuale dhe perspektive n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e medias, specifikisht n\u00eb gazetarin\u00eb investigative.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kushtet kur gazetaria investigative n\u00eb institucionet e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri u \u00ebsht\u00eb ofruar deri tani student\u00ebve thjesht si nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb vetme, kryesisht n\u00eb nivelin e par\u00eb t\u00eb studimeve, hapja e nj\u00eb programi Masteri Profesional n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb do t\u2019u ofroj\u00eb atyre njohuri dhe praktik\u00eb t\u00eb thelluar n\u00eb investigimet n\u00eb gazetari.<\/p>\n<p>Programi \u201cMaster profesional\u201d n\u00eb \u201cGazetari Investigative\u201d do t\u00eb organizohet p\u00ebrmes g\u00ebrshetimit t\u00eb komponent\u00ebve teorik\u00eb me ata praktik\u00eb, duke bashkuar eksperiencat e stafeve akademike me ekspert\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb medias dhe gazetaris\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Ky program \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e Departamentit t\u00eb Gazetaris\u00eb t\u00eb De Monford University, n\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Bashkuar, p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb e realizuar p\u00ebrmes bashk\u00ebpunimit q\u00eb kemi pasur gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e k\u00ebtij departamenti Dr. Richard Dunbery dhe Dr. Perves Khan. Ky bashk\u00ebpunim u realizua me mb\u00ebshtetjen e projektit \u201cDrejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb\u201d USAID dhe Ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbret\u00ebsris\u00eb s\u00eb Bashkuar. Si rezultat i k\u00ebtij bashk\u00ebpunimi dy ekspert\u00ebt britanik\u00eb kan\u00eb asistuar n\u00eb gjith\u00eb procesin e hartimit t\u00eb kurrikul\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakort q\u00eb p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn n\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhet nj\u00eb memorandum bashk\u00ebpunimi mes dy universiteteve dhe dy departamenteve i cili do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim afatgjat\u00eb edhe n\u00eb procesin e realizimit t\u00eb kurrikul\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ky program studimi synon t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb student\u00ebt n\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb midis eksperienc\u00ebs shum\u00ebvje\u00e7are t\u00eb Departamentit t\u00eb Gazetaris\u00eb dhe Komunikimit n\u00eb Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs dhe mediave kryesore m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku n\u00ebn kujdesin e disa prej emrave m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb gazetaris\u00eb shqiptare, ata do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb dhe zhvillojn\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb praktike p\u00ebr investigime t\u00eb thelluara, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura n\u00eb parimet e etik\u00ebs profesionale.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga q\u00ebllimet kryesore t\u00eb programit \u201cMaster profesional\u201d n\u00eb \u201cGazetari Investigative\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rris\u00eb perspektiv\u00ebn individuale t\u00eb avancimit t\u00eb karrier\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes njohurive se si t\u00eb zbatohen t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit akademik n\u00eb praktik\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb investigimit n\u00eb gazetari.<\/p>\n<p>Programi ofron m\u00ebsimin e teknikave kryesore t\u00eb investigimit, me nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb tek parimet e gazetaris\u00eb investigative, etika e investigimit dhe siguria e gazetar\u00ebve, gazetaria investigative dhe fuqizimi i qytetarit, gazetaria e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, investigimi online, mbrojtja e burimeve, investigimi i ekonomis\u00eb formale dhe jo formale, gazetaria financiare, pushteti gjyq\u00ebsor dhe krimi, etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb programi studimi, student\u00ebt pritet t\u00eb marrin n\u00eb dor\u00eb kontrollin dhe menaxhimin e t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit t\u00eb tyre. Kjo p\u00ebrfshin identifikimin e fushave ku ata kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb, duke bashk\u00ebpunuar ngusht\u00eb me stafin m\u00ebsimor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto njohuri do t\u00eb grupohen n\u00eb kat\u00ebr module kryesore, ku secili prej tyre do t\u00eb finalizohet me nj\u00eb projekt final n\u00eb form\u00eb produksioni n\u00eb llojet e ndryshme t\u00eb medias.<\/p>\n<p>Kursi p\u00ebrfshin nj\u00eb larmi metodash m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnieje dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsuari. Elementet praktik\u00eb t\u00eb kursit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb workshop-e. Programi p\u00ebrfshin gjithashtu edhe eksperiencat e student\u00ebve n\u00eb produksione n\u00eb TV &amp; Radio, shtyp, vizita n\u00eb mjedise mediatike, angazhim individual dhe n\u00eb grupe t\u00eb vogla, pun\u00eb n\u00eb projekt, klinika investigimi, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr aspekt i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb realizimin e k\u00ebtij programi studimi do t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe diskutimet me akademik\u00eb dhe gazetar\u00eb t\u00eb njohur medias, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u2019i ndihmojn\u00eb student\u00ebt t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb rrjetin e kontakteve.<\/p>\n<p>Dit\u00ebt e lajmeve jan\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr element i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i k\u00ebtij programi, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb prezantime t\u00eb student\u00ebve me lajme, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave synohet t\u00eb krijohet nj\u00eb ambient dhe ethosi i nj\u00eb redaksie profesionale me gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb programit t\u00eb studimit, student\u00ebt do t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb projektin e tyre final, i cili n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb punim investigativ gazetaresk i zgjeruar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Misioni i programit<\/strong><br \/>\nMisioni i programit \u201cMaster profesional\u201d n\u00eb \u201cGazetari Investigative\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb konceptuar n\u00eb harmoni t\u00eb plot\u00eb me misionin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, me standardet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, si edhe n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti me risit\u00eb q\u00eb synon t\u00eb sjell\u00eb ky institucion n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Misioni i departamentit t\u00eb Gazetaris\u00eb dhe Komunikimit n\u00eb programin \u201cMaster profesional n\u00eb gazetari investigative\u201d \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitja e gazetar\u00ebve profesionist\u00eb investigativ\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb dinamikave dhe nevojave t\u00eb tregut, p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb filozofie bashk\u00ebkohore q\u00eb ka n\u00eb thelb vlerat universale\u201d. Teza e diplom\u00ebs vler\u00ebsohet me not\u00eb dhe me kredite ECTS. Teza e programeve master profesional ka vler\u00eb jo m\u0451 pak se 12 kredite ECTS.
