The embassy forwards the list of selected participants to the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education.<\/li>\n<li>Through bilateral inter-university agreements \u2013 applications are made via partner universities.<\/li>\n<li>Self-funded participation \u2013 students and researchers may attend the course by paying a fee of $390.
