The student has the right to: <br><\/em><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To follow the lectures, the seminars and all the other activities, teaching courses in accordance with the status of his or her own;<\/li>\n
  2. The use of the facilities in the library, the computer, and any other services that are offered to the students of the university;<\/li>\n
  3. To elect and to be elected to the governing bodies, the Senate by the Academic Council, Administration of, BY, and in the councils of the faculties\/institutes, and in compliance with the law on higher education and the Statute of the University.<\/li>\n
  4. To receive financial aid to study in, or out-of-state, and when it meets the requirements set out in the Decision of the Council of Ministers to be the Senate of the agreements, inter-state or inter-university;<\/li>\n
  5. Be arranged in different organizations, not political, and in compliance with the laws and regulations concerned;<\/li>\n
  6. The haunt at the residence halls of the University, whether or not there's a possibility of another housing;<\/li>\n
  7. To express its opinion about the quality of the teaching and the work of the academic staff of the University.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The student is obliged to: <br><\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. To know the details of the regulations of the faculty of the obligations which arise, and to be aware of the application of them; on the contrary, the school does not take any responsibility for the consequences that may result from the non-recognition of their own;<\/li>\n
    2. To implement the rules, which stem from the higher education law, the directives from the application of its articles of association and the Regulations of the University of Tirana;<\/li>\n
    3. \u00a0To comply with the Code of Ethics of the POLICE and faculty;<\/li>\n
    4. Payment to be made to all of the obligations set out in the curriculum, and the curriculum;<\/li>\n
